Fast Horse, Inc., a Minneapolis-based integrated marketing company, partnered with Event Architects to produce two major events for Deluxe Corporation – their centennial employee celebration and the premiere of their Small Business Revolution documentary. 3,000 Deluxe employees and their families were invited to CHS Field in St. Paul to enjoy games, music, dancing, baseball themed activities, food and drinks, all at the home of the popular Saint Paul Saints. In addition to providing logistics support and production, we created an interactive 3-D exhibit showing Deluxe’s rich corporate history and a super-sized 100-year timeline that allowed employees to note when they joined the company and share wishes for the future.
Deluxe’s Small Business Revolution premiere event was held at Aria in Minneapolis, and gathered 450+ corporate and community leaders and entrepreneurial icons in public relations, marketing, communications and business to view the SBR documentary that celebrates entrepreneurs and small business owners across the country. Event Architects was called upon to create “premiere worthy” production, as well as an interactive and life-sized Main Street and large format photo display to recognize the accomplishments of a representative group of the award-winning small businesses.
"The difference between Event Architects vs. those other cookie-cutter production teams, is immeasurable. Fast Horse hired Event Architects to produce two separate large-scale events for a major client. At the outset, they took time to really dig into the brand, understand the creative vision and create an experience that was truly unique. And then, they went to work. They became a true partner and extension of our team, helping to navigate the inevitable challenges that come with events and ensuring the production and execution were flawless. The end result was an ecstatic client and great time had by all attendees."
